I'm so glad you are here! My name is Ebony and I have been working towards this part of my life for over 10 years. A husband, 3 kids, our middle daughter is special needs, a dog, a bunch of wacky chickens, and lots of land to play on.
I've always had big dreams, but it still boiled down to a simple quiet life, I wanted sustainability, nature, gardens, forests, horses and a home that my kids would always want to come back to, that's how I grew up so I knew I wanted it for my kids.
When my second daughter Marley came along, everything changed. From day one she struggled: feeding, growing, developing, something was wrong. It took 9 months to put all the pieces together and get a diagnosis, I felt lost in my path, my dreams crushed, did this mean I wasn't going to be able to live the life I had always envisioned? It took me years to figure out that I am the one one who can create the life I want, so HECK NO it doesn't mean I can't have exactly what I always dreamt about. I took many wrong turns, twist and turns to get where I am now, I hope I can help you do the same.
I knew I had to start making the time for me and my needs or I was going to burn out. I needed to make time for my passions, dreams, the things that lit the fire within me.
I needed to not let the dream of owning my own business be a lost dream. I needed to figure out how to build a business from home to pay the bills and fund the vision I had for my life. I needed to secure Marley's future.
